Hello!

Hello!
I have TRADOS 7.0 and Windows XP (in one computer) and Vista (in another computer) and Word 2003.
I was working with Trados without any problems until I decided to buy a new computer. I installed Trados, I created a new memory (for a brand new project). The problem is that when I work on it I do not see the source segment after I have clicked on Set/Close Next Open/Get - when I close the target segment; I only have the target segment as if I had a cleaned file. So, I do not have a bilingual file and I have nothing to clean up.
That is good you might think (less work) but 1) the client wants the uncleaned file and 2) when I re-open the TM and the source file, they behave as if they do not know each other (I have to start from the beginning, no match!). I tried it with a file I created on purpose (I thought that perhaps the file I was sent was not good) but nothing.

Hello,
I'd say that you do have it, but do not see it displayed set MSWord option so that you can see all charachters (and signs), fastest way click on that sort of P icon and you'll have a quick way to switch from hidden (source & tags) to visible.
