Venous Duplex Doppler of Lower Limbs report from the Dominican Republic, where VFCD is right common femoral vein:
Diámetro en VFCD 0.67cm, OD 0.49cm y TERCIO PROXIMAL 0.43cm.
Diámetro en VFCI 0.60cm, OI C.52cm y TERCIO PROXIMAL 0.36cm.
What are the OD/OI referring to (presumably left and right something)? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

ostium derecho [right saphenofemoral junction]

¡Saludos!

: We need to pay attention to context before posting an answer. It's a Doppler flow study of the lower limbs (see above). There are no ovaries in the legs.

transverse diameter (diámetro oblicuo)
diámetro oblicuo comes to mind but I'm not sure.

: hmm,
as Sloth says, it could well be to do with "diameter"

Right orifice?

The supine position promotes (passive) venoconstriction to assess the minimum vein diameter. The measured leg is slightly tilted outwards to minimize the distance between ultrasound transducer and thigh vessels.
The upright position with Valsalva maneuver promotes venodilation to assess the maximum vein diameter. The measured leg is slightly tilted outwards.
The diameter of three positions was assessed for each side: (a) the common femoral vein (CFV; Vena femoralis communis) proximal to the orifice of the great saphenous vein (Vena saphena magna) (“CFV” position; Figure 1), (b) the proximal section of the FV about 1–2 cm distal to the orifice of the deep FV (Vena profunda femoris) (“proximal” position; Figure 1), and (c) the distal section of the FV about 20 cm distal to the orifice of the deep FV (“distal” position).

: "the orifice of the great saphenous vein".
