Well, I use the 2000 translation available at infolex http://tm.infolex.lt/getfile.aspx?dokid=d9ee4535-0e1f-4f99-a... which is why searching the Seimas database is not very successful. If, for some reason that address doesn't work, google "Code of the Republic of Lithuania shall govern property relationships " and it will be the only hit.
Infolex is published by the Ministry of Justice. Their list of legal acts is at http://tm.infolex.lt/default.aspx?item=taktai_list. As you can see, they also have the individual books available. But I did not check to see if that is also the 2000 edition.
