From the "Service" section of a customer satisfaction survey. (Earlier theories were that "Service" might be "after-sales service", but it seems to be more along the lines of troubleshooting and maintenance, so maybe "servicing".) Those completing the survey have to check on a scale of 1 to 5 how true certain statements are for them. I don't understand what is meant by "Aufnahme des Störungsverlaufs", and can't find a translation for "Störungsverlauf" anywhere, or even one single reference to the word, which is obviously made up. TIA for any light you can shed on it.

I understand this as the ability of the people at the supplier's end to ask for details about the customer's problem and to take relevant notes so that the problem can be dealt with.
