The Siphonaussschnitt is the part cut away from the cupboard underneath the sink or from the washstand to allow for the u-bend or drainpipe ('Siphon'). As the shape of the drainpipe varies depending on the type of sink you have, the company offers a variety of models. I'm afraid I cannot offer you the technical term.
