NISHASTA
AFTER READING ALL WHAT HAS BEEB POSTED I SUGGEST THAT IT IS NISHASTA. WHICH IS GOT OUT OF THE KERNAL OF THE WHEAT GRAIN AFTER SOAKING AND KEEPING IN WATER AND THEN SQUEEZING IT OUT. THE SKIN IS LEFT OUT. IT IS ROASTED AND WITH SUGAR AND SOME OTHER ADDITIONS AND EATEN.
