Please see answer below - forgot that this was a question into Serbian so perhaps you or someone else could render this into proper Serbian. Am pretty sure about the fall if this relates to a path.

OK, thanks. You might want to post this in the Eng > Eng forum too in the hope that a specialist in architecture will pick it up. Medjutim, is there a full stop after either foul or fall suggesting an abbreviation?

Hi Simone, those are structure engineering drawings for a new-building project. A building complex is to be build with grounds, car parks, new paths, etc. In one of the drawings 100 m dia. foul @ 1 in 40 fall is written above a dotted line. Unfortunately, there isn't anymore context.

Can you give a few more brief details about the project? dia is probably diameter but the rest is not at all obvious.

An idea - 1/40 could refer to a gradient

foul - nemam pojme

@ 1 in 40 perhaps refers to the gradient. in other words, this path is sloping at a gradient of 1 in 40.

In English, we would say that a hill is a '1 in 3' or has a gradient of '1 in 3'

This would make sense here. Let me have a think about foul...
