End-user is the person who actually uses a product, whether or not they are the one who purchased the product and I feel that you may choose one of the options as per your requirements and context.

Upbhokta

As an alternative to above, you can use just "upbhokta". After all, upbhokta is the person who finally uses the product, the end-user.

Generally,end-user refers to consumer which hindi synonim is 'upbhoktaa'. but to my opinion,there is a basic difference between consumer and end-user. cosumer is a general term but end-user indicates the actual and ultimate person who uses a particular product.
