to "have operations / not have operations" in France sounds more like corporate jargon - could you call that "slang"?

Allied is most likely the name of some multinational that "has operations" in many countries, but not in France. There is the insurance company "Allied" https://alliedworldinsurance.com/ but few other multinationals have also "allied" in their name.

phrase très bizarre on dirait qu' Allied" = un nom propre.
Et je me demande si 'nothing" ne devrait pas se lire "Noting". Mais sans avoir le texte devant les yeux.....

Obvious typo: it should be "noting that ..." as in "taking note of the fact that"

agree Tony M : Yes, seems pretty obvious; and also that 'Allied' is the first name in the list AAA, BBB, CCC. Presumably 'Allied' is 'we'.
